Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assembler I (US) to join their dedicated team. As an Assembler I (US), you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembler I (US)
**Location:** Pittsburgh, PA
**Pay Range:** $23/hr
**Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform entry-level manufacturing functions related to fabricating, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment
+ Assemble basic equipment components following verbal instructions and assembly drawings
+ Utilize standard hand tools and shop machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
+ Thread and fit pipes, wire simple electrical circuits, and perform basic woodworking tasks as needed
+ Work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety and quality standards
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED required; secondary diploma or relevant work experience preferred
+ Knowledge of using standard hand tools and shop machinery
+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and verbal instructions
+ Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently under supervision in a team-oriented environment
