Our client, a leader in Property & Facilities Management, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various property management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Real Estate Associate
**Location:** San Francisco, CA
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Days (M-F 8-5)
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage all aspects of a single property or portfolio, including marketing and operations.
+ Process invoices and prepare tenant notices or emails.
+ Conduct regular property walks to ensure maintenance and operational standards are met.
+ Collaborate with team members to enhance property management strategies.
+ Assist in financial activities related to property management.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property management preferred.
+ College degree preferred.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with internal platforms.
+ Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
