Our organization is actively seeking an Area Director who enjoys creating & deploying quality programming for youth development.

The Area Director is responsible for supervising managerial staff at our Clubhouses. This role works to increase overall organizational capacity, with a primary concern for targeted programs that result in outcome driven Club experiences, staff development, grant reporting, and above all, safety. This individual will also fully embody BGCWC's DNA Culture Code and amplify it to their teams.

PAY RANGE: $34.37 - 44.20/hr plus full benefits package
