Experienced Install Helper

Currently we're looking for an Experienced Install Helper! This opportunity allows for growth and advancement and would be ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the company where they can develop a long term career in the HVAC industry!

Primary Job Function: To assist with installations, maintenance and service on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime may be required occasionally

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC Installs - changeouts
• Willingness to learn and take instruction from the lead technician
• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Ability to lift 80lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders
• Must have common sense
• Must have mechanical aptitude
