Responsibilities: -Preparation of monthly reporting packages for the assigned properties -Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and timely financial records. -Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements. -Cash Balance Reports, Accruals schedule, Management Fee Calculations -Trial Balance and Flux analysis -Monthly investor reporting: cash reporting, hotel operations financial reporting (as required) -Quarterly investor reporting, including preparation of financial reporting templates, debt reporting templates, and Asset Management reporting. -Monthly, quarterly, annual lender reporting, Annual audit -Provide PBC items to auditors and assist in answering any questions -Utilize Yardi software to track, analyze, and report financial data efficiently. -Assist with budget planning Requirements Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field -Minimum 5 + years of real estate accounting experience -Knowledge of Yardi or similar software system -Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
