WeatherBarr Windows and Doors in Springdale, AR is looking to hire a full-time Delivery Driver.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely, safe, and courteous manner while representing our company with professionalism and care. You will also unload incoming product and organize in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
• Load and unload items with care, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery, including answering questions and resolving minor issues.
• Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery documentation accurately.
• Communicate delivery status and any delays to customer service or management.
• Load and unload materials and product.
• Deliver product within 150 miles of office.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws.

Qualifications:

• Ability to hook up and back up 16 foot trailer (Required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
• Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or logistics preferred.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Overtime as needed.

Pay:

$16.50-$18.00 per hour depending on experience.
