The Bartender prepares and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages orders to guest in a courteous and efficient manner.
The Role
Prepare Beverages
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes in the Bar
- Maintain knowledge of the characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
- Provide guest with an enjoyable experience
- Address guests' queries on different types of beverages
- Recommend alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food pairings to guests
- Review and update menus and wine lists.
Talent Profile
- Minimum 2 years' of experience as a Bartender
- Possess Singapore food safety certification
