Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Motorized Material Handler to join their team. As a Motorized Material Handler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Motorized Material Handler
**Location:** Beaverton, OR
**Pay Range: $21.67**
**Shift:** Days (06:00-14:30) or Swing (14:00 - 22:30)
**What's the Job?**
+ Comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures, including PPE, ZES, PIT/PED safety protocols
+ Read factory work orders and shipping/receiving documents to understand customer requirements and processing information
+ Monitor conveyor lines, remove units, and load units into trailers or storage areas
+ Check load tags and unit counts for accuracy and inspect finished units for damage and strap integrity
+ Accurately complete tally sheets, generate bills of lading, and maintain organized paperwork
**What's Needed?**
+ Demonstrated success in safety, attendance, and quality of work
+ Certified ability to operate a forklift safely
+ Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
+ Knowledge of general computer operation
+ Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as part of a team
