**Description** We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to take ownership of our inventory operations. In this critical role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of inventory-from ordering and receiving to tracking and distribution-ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for precision, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. **Key Responsibilities** + Oversee inventory control processes including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products + Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies + Track inventory levels and analyze trends to forecast needs + Maintain accurate records using ERP and inventory management systems + Develop and implement protocols to minimize loss and optimize stock flow + Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations + Generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making **What You Bring** + Proven experience with inventory control systems (SAP, ERP, etc.) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent organizational and time-management abilities + High attention to detail and accuracy + Effective communication and negotiation skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
