**Job Description**
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring process adherence, quality control, and effective communication across various departments. This involves collaborating with multiple teams to identify and address errors, improve processes, and resolve quality issues. Effective communication and liaison activities are essential to ensure that all departments are informed and aligned.
****There are 2 positions for the role. 1 on 1st shift and 1 on 2nd shift.** **1st Shift (Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm) and 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 3:15pm-1:45am)****
Key responsibilities include:
+ Ensuring Work Instruction (WI) and routing compliance
+ Creating and submitting Problem Solving Reports (PSRs) as needed
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including welders, engineering, and quality assurance
+ Tracking part priority and status, and serving as a liaison between departments on quality issues
+ Participating in meetings, such as MRB, commit date meetings, and 5Whys meetings, to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically requires four (4) years experience in a manufacturing related role with a High School diploma or the equivalent; or two (2) years experience with an Associates; or the overall equivalent
+ Auditing experience
+ Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA)
+ Familiarity with engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
+ Highly effective communication skills, verbal and written
+ Motivated self-starter
+ Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience working in a DoD environment / industry
+ Knowledge of welding processes and visual inspection
+ Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
+ Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans
+ Oracle experience
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $60016 - $96026

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
