**Wood Shop Worker** **Location:** State College, PA **Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour **Pay Schedule:** Weekly pay with overtime available **Shift Options:** + **1st Shift:** Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM + **2nd Shift:** Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM **Key Responsibilities** + Operate basic woodworking hand and power tools safely and efficiently (training provided) + Load, unload, stack, and move wood materials throughout the production process + Perform sanding, drilling, assembly, and finishing preparation tasks + Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards are met + Follow work instructions, production schedules, and all safety procedures + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area **Qualifications** + Ability to work in a physical, hands-on production environment + Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards + Ability to lift, move, and handle wood materials throughout the shift + Reliability and strong attendance + Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of State College, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
