Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various staff members and manufacturing teams. **Job Title:** Desktop Support Analyst
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Pay Range:** $40.00-$43.00/hr
**Shift:** 1pm-9pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and effectively.
+ Provide high-level IT support to manufacturing staff, employees, and various business functions.
+ Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and service continuity.
+ Manage, monitor, and respond to IT incidents using Service Desk software, ensuring proper logging, prioritization, and escalation.
+ Support and troubleshoot corporate devices including laptops, smartphones, printers, and collaboration tools.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally supporting high-priority or executive support.
+ Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).
+ Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools such as TeamViewer, Zoom, and VPN solutions.
+ Experience supporting office productivity and collaboration software like Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.
+ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including networking, Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, JIRA).
