We're expanding our roofing department, and we're looking for an experienced Roofing Project Foreman to take the lead on major roofing mechanical projects in partnership with some of South Florida's biggest roofing contractors.

Position Summary: HVAC Roof Foreman

As an HVAC Roof Foreman, you'll oversee and coordinate a crew of HVAC techs and subcontractors responsible for mechanical upgrades on roofing projects. You'll ensure each project is executed to Spectrum AC standards, meets submitted engineering requirements, and stays on schedule. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused - expect to be in the field daily, managing and assisting in installations.

Compensation: Starting at $27 an hr or more, based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or on-call work, depending on project needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew performing up to 8 rooftop condenser installations per day.
• Oversee installation of condenser stands, copper piping, whips, disconnects, and full condenser reinstallation.
• Ensure all work complies with Spectrum AC quality standards and project engineering specs.
• Maintain communication with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient work practices at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Valid HVAC license
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficient in soldering, installing disconnects, diagnosing, and starting up HVAC units
• Basic electrical knowledge required
