**Adecco is hiring an Human Resources (HR) Professional** This full-time, temporary hybrid role supports HR service delivery and employee inquiries. Candidates must be located in **Alpharetta, GA or Dallas, TX** .

**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, managers, and external parties
+ Respond to questions via phone and electronic channels with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
+ Navigate multiple systems including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and HR knowledge bases
+ Document all cases thoroughly and accurately
+ Assist with HR transactions related to the employee life cycle
+ Escalate or route complex inquiries to the appropriate departments or team leads
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless HR support
+ Support Employee Care operations such as chatbot assistance, scheduling, and continuous improvement efforts
**Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred)
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, customer service, or call center environments
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServiceNow experience preferred
+ Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, virtual assistants, and knowledge repositories
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
+ Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
