**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our team, you will be working primarily with aluminum and stainless components. We also welcome MIG welders with the right skills and a willingness to learn TIG welding. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, ensuring weldments meet specifications, and grinding your own welds as needed. You will work with materials ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" thick, and product sizes varying from 1 foot to 30 feet. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components. + Interpret and work from blueprints and weld symbols. + Ensure all weldments meet the required specifications. + Grind own welds as necessary. + Work with materials ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" thick. + Handle products with sizes ranging from 1 foot to 30 feet. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of on-the-job welding experience, preferably TIG, but open to MIG experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. + Strong attention to detail, particularly in measurements down to the 1/64th. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with fabrication, aluminum, fitting, and stainless steel. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with benefits and profit-sharing opportunities. Our facility operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.
