**Job Title: Sanitation Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team in a fast-paced ice cream manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. We will train the right person. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and surfaces. + Mop floors, remove waste, and maintain overall facility cleanliness. + Operate and maintain sanitation equipment such as industrial dishwashers. + Manually clean machinery, utensils, and workspaces using approved chemicals. + Follow all sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and food safety guidelines. + Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards. + Support production team by maintaining a clean and organized work environment. + Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. + Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following strict safety procedures. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or food manufacturing is a plus-but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401k plan with matching contributions.
