**Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** Join a reputable General Contracting firm based in Lincoln, NE, known for its exceptional quality and service in Commercial, Manufacturing, and Industrial facilities. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be involved in physical labor at commercial construction sites, operating various hand and power tools, and working in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform tasks involving physical labor at commercial construction sites. + Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including lifts, telehandler, and skid steer. + Work with trades such as metal panel, trims, insulation, carpentry, drywall, and painting. + Carry out other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in metal panels, metal trim, insulation, carpentry, drywall, painting, and concrete. + Experience in using construction trades, heavy lifting, hand tools, and power tools. + Ability to perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Reliable transportation for consistent timeliness and attendance. + Capability to work in extreme climates during both summer and winter. **Work Environment** The role involves working on commercial and industrial renovations or new builds, primarily outdoors throughout the year. The work environment demands adaptability to various weather conditions and a focus on safety. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
