Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Release Management team supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Coordinator
**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
**Position type:** 12 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
**Pay Rate:** $18.00-$20.00/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in planning, coordination, and scheduling of software releases and deployments
+ Track release timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
+ Create change tickets, monitor release calendars, and ensure compliance with change management policies and regulatory requirements
+ Communicate release plans, status updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve release-related issues
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective communication
+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office tools such as Projects, Excel, and Outlook
+ Strong multitasking and time management skills to meet critical deadlines
+ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Release Management or related fields
