**CTG is seeking to fill an Architect-Property Damage Claims Financial Account opening for our client in Dallas, TX.** **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions to support property damage claims processes + Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures + Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solution strategies + Apply architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, UML) to guide the development of applications and services + Integrate data mining, machine learning, and visualization tools to enhance decision-making and user experience + Lead solution architecture efforts using agile methodologies across multiple platforms + Ensure solutions align with financial accounting principles and regulatory requirements **Skills:** + Proven expertise in enterprise and solution architecture + Deep understanding of property damage claims workflows and financial systems + Strong background in agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement + Skilled in data mining, machine learning, and UX design + Proficient with architecture and modeling tools (TOGAF, UML) + Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI) + Excellent communication and technical translation skills **Experience:** + Extensive experience in delivering complex enterprise solutions in insurance or financial domains + Successful track record in architecting solutions for claims management or related systems + Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams **Education:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
