RN Duties to include and may not be limited to:
- Medication training for new staff members.
- Medication administration delegation and blood sugar delegation (if there is a resident that needs blood sugar monitoring).
- Maintain updated nurse log on resident's condition and changes (significant change log).
- Sign and follow up on each resident's incident report.
- Participate in Quality Assurance meetings once a quarter.
- Review MARS and narcotic count and disposal sheets.
- Monthly medication check in
- Observe medication administration and document on QA report
- Nurses provided by the Company to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Initial and ongoing assessments and service plans as needed
- Assessments must coordinate with service plans.
- Assessments and service plans must be reviewed and signed every six months and or upon significant change.
- There needs to be a new completed assessment and service plan every year.
