Job Title: General Administrative Staff
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Administrative Staff to support our department in digitizing paper files for electronic archival purposes. This role involves managing and organizing electronic documents, ensuring accuracy in digital capture, and appropriately disposing of physical paper documents.
Responsibilities
+ Remove papers from notebooks and bindings for scanning.
+ Scan documents and save files in designated network locations.
+ Verify electronic capture accuracy before disposing of paper documents.
+ Work with Windows Explorer to manage digital files.
+ Utilize Teams/SharePoint for collaborative tasks, if applicable.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong administrative support abilities.
+ Customer service orientation.
+ Competency in data entry and clerical tasks.
+ Experience with Outlook for communication and scheduling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma required.
+ Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Xerox scanners preferred.
+ Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
The role will primarily involve working with computers and scanners in an office setting. The dress code is business casual, and the position requires familiarity with Windows Explorer and possibly Teams/SharePoint for electronic document management.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
