In this newly created role as Head of Technical Services Customer, Beverage Solutions at Kerry Inc, you will support our commercial teams and beverage R&D teams bridge the gap between factories and lab. Helping to bring to life the factory execution of our retail customers. This is an integral role in the development of beverage solutions to the industry and will be focused primarily on our direct to retail and retail channels. You will be working with the biggest brands and emerging brands across tea, coffee, refreshing and nutritional beverages to leverage the very best in Kerry's capability to execute DTR and Retail beverages. This role requires 50% travel. Key responsibilities + Act as the regional centre of excellence for beverage process manufacturing, supporting commercial teams to deliver high‑quality solutions for customers. + Partner with R&D to successfully scale formulated beverages into full factory production environments. + Provide technical expertise to Key Accounts and Commercial leaders, ensuring customer requirements are met and product‑to‑factory projects exceed quality and performance expectations. + Work closely with customers to understand their technical and commercial needs, applying beverage formulation and application expertise to deliver effective, problem‑solving solutions.Lead and coordinate internal product evaluation sessions, collaborating cross‑functionally to refine and improve prototypes based on pilot and factory trial feedback. + Contribute to the development and presentation of innovative beverage concepts aligned with customer objectives and evolving market trends. + Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D on the development of dry and liquid compound systems, enabling turnkey product development from concept through execution. + Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, seminars, and training courses as required, showcasing technical capability and strengthening customer relationships. Qualifications and skills + Required Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. + Minimum of 10 years' experience in flavor applications supporting factory or large‑scale manufacturing environments. + Experience with pilot plant operations is strongly preferred.Strong technical knowledge of beverage production processes, with hands‑on experience in production or industry settings. + Proven experience in beverage formulation and end‑to‑end product development. + Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. + Proactive team leader and self‑starter with strong multitasking skills and the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities. The pay range for this position is $146,800 - $261,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
