To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Working 12 hour shifts (day shift or night shift) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday each weekend.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Good mechanical aptitude and skills are required.
Basic data entry and computer proficiency preferred.

Travel: May include up to 0% domestic/international

Hourly pay ranges from $21.41 up to $23.50 + shift premium from $3.00 to $5.00 .

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
