ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a General Manager GENERATE & MONITOR CENTER REVENUEHelp develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center’s financial goals. Review and control labor costs and other expenses. BE AN OPERATIONAL PROFloor management is the name of the game; manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, and organizing and communicating effectively with your team. TRAIN YOUR TEAMSupervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and our company operating standards; supervise direct reports which may include: Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers. REVIEW CENTER PERFORMANCEManage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction; review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust your action plan accordinglyRALLY THE TROOPSHelp keep morale high for your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they ariseMAKE GUESTS PRIORTY #1 Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals; ensure that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that our guests are completely satisfied REMAIN FLEXIBLEAn ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center WHO YOU AREAs one of our General Managers, you’re a customer service pro who knows what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment and who thrives amid that energy. Job Description:ECS is seeking a motivated Sr. Solutions Architect to join our recently formed Strategic Solutions division. You will collaborate with other technologists and process SMEs to develop solution concepts, elicit feedback from both customers and other experts within the company, and iterate towards well-defined technical solutions that help ECS stand out from the pack.You don't necessarily need to have hands-on-keyboard experience at the command line, but we are seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect who can translate customer requirements into a compelling solution vision, and then rally a team of supporting engineers and SMEs to achieve the right level of technical depth. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable sketching technical concepts at the whiteboard in a room of both business and technical participants, and you must be confident in translating these concepts in solution strategy presentations to an executive leadership team and customers for their buy-in and support.
