* Use manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for customers, internal and external
* Advise customers on related parts
* Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status
* Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
* Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues
* Communicate with Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing
* Provide solutions for the needs of our customers

*POSITION REQUIREMENTS*

HS Diploma or equivalent

Two (2)+ years with heavy truck parts or technician experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, customer-oriented

Willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude a huge plus.
