You will need to be able to evaluate and revise learning activities and content based on input and observations, as well as coordinate and report on participant and training progress. Drawing on your expertise as an analyst and/or manager of analysts, you will be able to demonstrate skills in program coordination, critical thinking, intermediate to advanced level data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), communicating with diverse groups, prioritizing, creating substantive learning content, developing subject matter expertise—your own and in others, mentoring in a way that effectively conveys analytic expertise to students, and incorporating and supporting organizational and curriculum level priorities.

Your Main Mission:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver creative and engaging training in support of customer mission needs.

  • Provide instruction, individual or with a team, to audiences on specific techniques, skills, methods, and tools across multiple modalities (in-person, online, synchronous, or asynchronous).

  • Conceptualize and develop content for training modules, activities, programs, and/or exercises.

  • Facilitate engaging exercises, activities, or discussions.

  • Review student products against standards and provide tailored feedback either in-person or online.

  • Partner cross-functionally with other team members, such as designers, AV, IT, instructors, subject matter experts, and production teams, to accomplish tasks and complete projects.

  • Coordinate with customer task leads to coordinate resources, prioritize activities, and ensure quality and timely products.

  • Maintain credentials as necessary.

  • Archive final projects per office-designated standards.

  • Adhere to customer security policies and procedures regarding the use of systems, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

  • Execute diplomacy working with various levels of team members, managers, and customer to identify requirements and develop action plans. 

What Sets You Apart:

  • Possess a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

  • A degree and at least fifteen (15) years of direct knowledge of and substantial experience with applied analysis techniques.

  • At least seven (7) years of experience working as an analytic manager and/or analyst, including at least seven (7) years of experience in providing substantive review of and feedback on products and briefings to analysts.

  • At least ten (10) years of experience with the analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors.

  • Experience supporting analysis at multiple federal agencies. 

  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, instructional design, and/or course facilitation and delivery.

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

You Might Also Have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and at least three (3) years of, direct substantial experience in delivering and applying custom curriculum, utilizing instructional techniques, and utilizing student assessment and course evaluation methods for feedback and improvement.

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of direct knowledge of and substantial experience with advanced analysis techniques.

  • Ten (10) or more years as an analytic manager and/or analyst, including ten (10) or more in providing substantive review of and personal feedback on products and briefings to analysts.

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of experience with the analytic techniques, tools, methods/procedures, and new approaches to analysis used across multiple sectors.

  • Instructor certification or equivalent (such as CPLP or other certification).

  • Master’s Degree or higher.
