Call outside hospitals to document the status of our inmates admitted to various hospitals as determined by the Clinical Director or his designee. Conduct 14 day chronic care clinic (CCC) assessment and conduct the CCCs to ensure compliance with AAAHC, ACA, and Program Review guidelines.
