The Sales Representative is accountable for developing and driving sales in a specific geographic territory.
Prospecting new business and making sales calls to existing accounts for the purpose of selling to customers in the Industrial and all of the Protective & Marine focus markets.
Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate individual customer potential.
Develop a strategy to grow business with customers and identify items or product categories that require specific attention in support of this strategy.
Develop weekly selling plan and conduct sales calls accordingly.
Determine where customer is in the overall selling process and what steps are necessary to move the process along.
Conduct product demos to support the selling process.
Support customers' application requirements.
Identify sources of sales leads and follow through on leads provided by store/facility personnel as appropriate.
Manage customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution.
ADDITIONAL DIMENSIONS:
Assist Store/Branch Manager in resolution of product supply problems.
Conduct customer surveys.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid state issued driver's license.

Oversees goal setting to develop targets for departmental levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Work cross-functionally with other BU’s (Product Delivery, Partner, Development, Marketing, Strategy) leadership to ensure optimization and collaboration drives company product sales. Supervisory Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Required Qualifications:· Able to legally work in the US. · Bachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications · 10+ years of experience in leading sales strategy with enterprise IT software solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, IT compliance and risk management software)· Deep compliance background with the understanding of various frameworks and special publications (i.e. SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CMMC)· Have worked closely with ISSO’s, ISSM’s, IA professionals· Splunk Experience (Highly Preferred)· Trusted Advisor status to Executive and C-Level customers· Deep experience in contract and buying cycles within the public and private Sector· Consultative sales experience targeting relevant companies/businesses to help them to think differently about Data, especially when it impacts Risk Visibility and Management· Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, presentation and social skills· A rational, logical and analytical thinker· You have shown strong technical aptitude and are passionate about technology sales· Excellent listening skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines· Self-starter able to work independently but also as a member of a team· Excellent conflict resolution skills
