*The Opportunity*
Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring part-time Banquet Captains to join our team at New England Aquarium in Boston, Massachusets. As a Banquet Captain, you will be leading the food and beverage team during events while delivering the highest quality of service to our guests.

Minimum pay rate: $32.00 / hour

*Responsibilities\*

* Train, schedule and supervise banquet associates.
* Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and associates before events.
* Ensure all company policies, service procedures and safety standards are followed.
* Maintain communication with both the banquet and kitchen team to ensure guests receive the best quality service and experience.
* Other duties assigned.
*Qualifications*

* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
* Excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
* Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
* Basic math and counting skills required.
*Physical Requirements*

* Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand or walk for 8 hour shifts.
* Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
