As a Knowledge Expert (KE) within BCG Transform, BCG‘s transformation, turnaround and restructuring business, based in Boston you will work in a growing global team, providing industry and/or functional expertise and insights to clients and case teams. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, acting as a thought partner in providing advice and client-credible insight, for proposals, client work-shops and commercial campaigns in the domain.Additionally, you will support the Regional Business Manager (NAMR) to support the regional leadership team and provide customized knowledge, analyses, and coordination across the core practitioner group and other interested parties within the firm. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5+ years consulting experience (ideally in the transformation space); candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Passion for, and ability to quickly develop skills and knowledge in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, change management and other related fields
- Sound understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet financial KPIs
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
