Sr Quality Analyst301972About This Role:Performing quality audit assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard Quality audit techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications.Responsibilities:Performs quality planning activities including development of audit schedule, audit risk analysis, completion/creation of audit checklists and turtle/SIPOC diagramsConduct QMS, property, subcontractor property, EHS, and MMAS auditsParticipates in process improvement activities through monitoring/facilitating root cause investigations, corrective action analysis, etc.Utilizes industry and AAI Quality Management System concepts, policies and procedures.Utilizes general understanding of industry and military specifications and standards in performance of the assigned audits including AS9100, ISO9001 and FAR requirements.Interfaces with internal organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering functions.Communicates well, both written and verbal, with all the interfacing functions. Maintains good interpersonal skills and demonstrates leadership skills necessary for the position.Work with external auditors and communicate, plan and guide external auditors including DCMA personnel, when required.Requirements:• Knowledge of Quality and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of audit techniques including AS9100, ISO or ASQ audit methodologies.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Knowledge of statistical techniques and applicationsKnowledge of Quality Management Systems and concepts.Effective written and oral communication skills.Technical writing ability.Effective ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.Ability to effectively resolve material review actions.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.Education:Bachelors Degree in Business/Engineering with 2 or more years related experience or Masters Degree in Engineering/Business with applicable experience. Years of experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.Experience in/exposure to quality preferred.This position requires use of information which may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
