The Retail Department Manager grows department sales to achieve the store sales plan. Primary Responsibilities:

This position is a hybrid role, and it is required to be on-site 5 days a month at one of our GEICO locations.
Senior Manager, Product Management
This role will be responsible for transforming the product experience, by finding value creating opportunities and driving innovative and sustainable product solutions through technology. S/he will champion a startup mindset and promote agile ways of working to create and deliver differentiated experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate is a product-oriented team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. S/he must be a strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders of all organizational levels.
Job Responsibilities
• Understand industry landscape, market trends, customer and business need to synthesize discovery efforts into insights and implications to features
• Leverage insights to drive vision for product features that will drive incremental value and rally stakeholders to your vision
• Define and own the 6-9-month feature roadmap to drive priorities for your team taking into value creation and cost to create value
• Identify and measure feature KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates
• Have an end-to-end understanding of features and how they fit into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business
• Work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the customer experience
• Rally teams and senior stakeholders to your product direction and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem
• Reports on feature performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation
• Encourages adaptability informed by emerging solutions, industry trends and changing customer needs
• Defines scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customers habits
• Understands technology concepts and how underlying product services perform across channels and customer touchpoints
• Fosters a strong agile discipline and inspires teams to continuously improve delivery through understanding of key agile metrics

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in Agile Product Management
• 4+ years of experience translating features into consumer or associate facing products
• 4+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
• 1+ years leading, mentoring, and coaching product managers
Preferred Qualifications :
• High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to influence across the organization
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Agile certifications preferred (i.e., SAFe, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.Org, ICAgile, PMI-ACP)

Annual Salary
$128,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
