General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is seeking a dedicated and adaptive Curriculum Manager/Lead Trainer to serve as the primary interface with new and existing employees and presenter of relevant program materials. The selectee will aid in the development and maintenance of a robust analytic and technical training curriculum. The selectee will work with on-site Customer Trainer to schedule technical training programs, both domestically and globally. The selectee will aid in evaluating how well new-hires and Staff officers are progressing and providing feedback to Customer and analysts as needed. The selectee will have opportunities to leverage existing expertise and have personal training opportunities from both Customer and GDMS for continued personal and profession development. Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Director is responsible providing overall direction and management of the operation and administrative aspects of assigned regions. Primary Responsibilities:
Work with your sales team to create new strategic partnerships with architectural, construction management and real estate professionals who act as referral sources for end user prospects.

Develop annual plan and budget for the region by setting monthly goals and forecast.

Required Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field highly preferred.
5+ years of experience managing sales and business operations in the collaborative technology space
Experience in the audio-visual systems, unified collaboration, security or structured cabling industriesis preferred
Extensive experience developing and implementing business processes and streamlining operations
Experience with planning, implementing and managing the activities of recruiting, training, scheduling and best practices techniques

Your ability to serve as a resource, preceptor and mentor while demonstrating leadership skills in decision making and problem solving is required.Job Responsibilities for the Cardiology Nurse Team Lead include:- Coordinating patient readiness and care throughout the clinic- Stress Testing (Regular, Echo and Nuclear)- Oversee clinical workflow and work collaboratively with testing- Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity, and training to clinical team members.- Collaborates with team to develop action plans.- Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with healthcare team members, patients andfamilies to maximize patient outcomes.- Delegates patient care activities appropriately to other healthcare team membersThis is a fast-paced service line and part of a growing practice.
