This position requires a great deal of up-front consultation to truly understand the customers' needs, which in turn, allows you to provide thought leadership, industry best practices, and ultimately an amazing client partnership. You will be the primary consulting touchpoint for new customers looking to enhance their market research practices from the largest fortune 100s to the next cutting-edge startups that are eyeing to take over their industry. Your focus will be on assessing customer needs to make a proper recommendation about a program that best suits their need that will maximize their return on an investment. The role also focuses on opening doors at large orgs. and generating new business development / executive relationships.The right candidate should have a passion for market research, change management consulting, and detailed problem-solving.
