Requirements:
· DVM with 5 years + experience, Diplomate ACVSMR preferred

Responsibilities: Evaluate patients with sport medicine injuries as direct referrals, conduct rehabilitation and pain management assessments for in-house cases from five board-certified surgeons or evaluate outside rehab referrals; evaluate radiographs; modify medications as needed; supervise support staff; oversee all activities of veterinarians and technical staff; provide support for strategic planning; participate in marketing/outreach efforts and relationship building to drive referrals and expand the sport medicine portion of the practice.

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join its growing team. This is a full-time position that will work primarily out of our Leesburg location.
The successful candidate must possess stellar communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent organizational skills, be detailed oriented, able to multitask, and be comfortable working as both a part of a team and independently.
The applicant must:
Excel at working independently but also thrive in a team environment
Have a positive outlook and a passion for working with people and animals
Be competent in basic computer functions (typing, email, scanning, etc)
Be a clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and via email
Be reliable, professional, and honest
Duties to include:
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments for patients
Providing outstanding customer service and care to our clients
Update medical records for patients
Administrative tasks (scanning, copying, filing)
Light cleaning and equipment maintenance
Assisting veterinary practitioners and assistants as needed
Work/ Education Requirements:
Must have prior experience working in a veterinary practice/ clinic
Must have 3+ years of client service/ relevant work experience
College graduate preferred
Prior experience with using Avimark or other veterinary practice management software is a plus
This position requires the ability to travel and work out of Leesburg, VA as well as occasional shift coverage in our second location in Vienna, VA. The schedule will be full-time (40) hours from Monday through Friday.
