Soda is a Front of the House Associate who supports all other FOH Associates, especially Servers, ensuring Guest Satisfaction in the areas of Speed of Service and Accuracy of Orders.

The Host’s primary responsibility is to greet guests warmly, friendly and immediately at the door. They manage the flow of guests to tables following proper rotation. Wash & sterilize stemware
Count drinks guests are served
Place current bar tabs in front of guests at all times
Responsible service of alcohol.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Food Runner is the key Associate in delivering the Silver Diner brand to our Guests. You are responsible for providing Silver Diner hospitality to our Guests, generating sales, delivering food and beverage orders, and properly handling POS functions. It’s a position designed to grow into a Server role.
RESPONSIBIITIES:

Running food to guest supporting Servers using position points to ensure proper delivery:

Re-cooks and on the fly orders

Always ask Guests if there is anything else you get for them
Pre-bus dirty plates as Guests finish and deliver to dish room

What is a CLEAR Sales Representative?
What you will do - Security, Service and Sales as a Brand Ambassador for CLEAR
Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification and following documented security protocols
Exceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and members alike
Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and selling them the benefits of CLEAR
Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times
You will be walking through our CLEAR lanes and around the airport in order to assist our members and passengers
Who You Are
Positive and energetic attitude
Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional responsibilities, and selling CLEAR!
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
You must be 18 years of age or older

The Donaldson Group is a growing real estate investment and management company specializing in the acquisition, operations (including property management, asset management, and construction management), and disposition of multifamily properties. We are currently searching for an experienced Controller. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals in day-to-day financial management and accounting operations of properties as a strategic part of Donaldson's management and operations.
Develop and collaborate inter-departmental efforts to ensure timely and accurate property financial reporting.
Prepare monthly property's accrual financial statements including supplemental schedules.
Analyze and interpret property's financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Analyze trends and prepare property's cash flow projections to provide recommendations on owner distributions or needed capital calls.
Serve as a resource and assist with property annual budgets including preparing in-house escrow analyses.
Manage the preparation of and provide oversight and review of external audits.
Work with external accounting firms on year-end reporting and timely tax returns of properties and investors.
Ensure timely completion of annual property reporting requirements including lender compliance submissions.
Oversee financial management and accounting processes related to onboarding and offboarding properties.
Assist with financial management and accounting needs related to acquisitions and sales/dispositions of properties.
Determine and plan property and project assignments as well as developing, coordinating, and implementing financial management and accounting team goals.
Assist CFO with the review of internal controls for the safeguarding of assets and mitigation of financial risk.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as an ambassador of the Donaldson brand.

Requirements:

BS/BA in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in residential real estate setting or related industry with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software preferred.
