· Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed.

Local travel and reliable transportation required. Colliflower fabricates and sells a wide variety of fluid connector products including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, metric, tube, and brass fittings, quick couplings, adapters, and accessories. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the fluid connector business and Colliflower's operations. Education and training will include business operations, customer service, inventory, sales, product, hose assembly, facility management and other areas of a Colliflower store. Training for this position will take place in different store and hub locations to meet the developmental needs of the role. Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification and following documented security protocols
Exceptional customer-service-focused communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers, general travelers, and members alike
Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and selling them the benefits of CLEAR
Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures at all times
You will be walking through our CLEAR lanes and around the airport in order to assist our members and passengers

We're currently seeking Assemblers to join our Manufacturing Department in our Leesburg, Virginia facility. Assemblers are responsible for the mechanical assembly of all production units.
This is a role in which you will:
Install mechanical parts on electronic assemblies received from production
To be successful in this role you will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Entry level to one year experience in electromechanical assembly
Ability to follow written work instructions, reach mechanical blueprints, bills of materials, and interpret engineering change notices. Component identification is helpful
Basic mechanical assembly skills
Demonstrated knowledge and application of ISO processes
Ability to work in a team environment
