The position will start off as a part-time role and move into an Associate position and will have both a game day and office component. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a bridge between club managers and rookie members, following the Client Services onboarding process to ensure all rookie accounts have a successful first year Create and track premium contracts Handle all inquiries related to digital tickets Increase the usage rate of the Red Sox Rewards program Assist with the daily operation of our mobile in-seat dining experience for members through a partnership with club managers and Aramark Track various Salesforce reports and funnel key client information to club managers Assist in the planning of all premium member events (Season Ticket Holder Batting Practice, Cocktail Parties, Premium Member for the Game, T-Mobile Family Day etc.) Monitor all office gifting inventory and general organization of our gifting items CHARACTERISTICS & QUALIFICATIONS You will work a minimum of 35 hours a week throughout the year-long position Bachelor’s Degree with a degree in hospitality, business or marketing-related fields preferred Innovative, process-oriented and well-organized applicants encouraged Passion and commitment to provide a high standard of customer service Experience with Salesforce or a CRM-based platform preferred, ProVenue or ticket-based program a plus Work will have extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds The Red Sox (or FSM) requires proof of being up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, subject to applicable legal requirements.
