Under clinical and administrative supervision performs diagnostic formulations and complex and comprehensive assessment. This position is one of three clinical and administrative supervisors of the Jail Diversion ICM team, supervising behavioral health specialists, behavioral health nurse/case managers and peer support specialists in the provision of services to individuals with severe mental illness (often with co-occurring substance use disorders) who are justice involved.Conducts initial and ongoing authorization reviews for managed care service approval as needed. Reviews team member electronic health records for compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and regulations. Plans and provides direct client care, using appropriate evidence-based interventions. Performs crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and collaboration and consultation with justice system partners. Maintains detailed clinical records according to all Federal, State, and local standards, regulations, and statutes. Provides clinical supervision for staff licensure as needed/credentialed. Responsibilities
Works with the Vice President, Corporate Controller to ensure integration of affiliate entities and standardization of accounting policies and procedures, compliance with period-end reporting timelines, and financial statement reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAPPrepares detailed financial reports, insights and analyses for Emmes' business leaders and affiliatesAssists with the financial and incurred cost audits with the Vice President, Corporate ControllerResponsible for indirect cost structure management, including disclosure statements, and completing incurred cost submissionsOversees revenue recognition across affiliates to ensure compliance with ASC 606Ensure timely and proper recording of Direct Labor costsWork closely with Operations Finance Team to ensure accurate reconciliation of project accounting revenue, unbilled and billing in excess of revenue Oversees various projects around intercompany, transfer pricing, capitalized software, provisional rates, and the development/ rollout of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across accounting operationsWorks with the existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to improve delivery of financial results as well as proper setup of new entities acquired Ensure effective management of lease accounting, including compliance in accordance with ASC 842Coordinates the intercompany reconciliations with affiliate entitiesOversee and work with external tax consultants to ensure proper tax reporting and good standing status Assists in researching accounting issues and pronouncements for compliance with GAAPEstablishes and monitors internal controls to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements
