This includes weekly visits of offsite youth employee locations·        Ensure youth employee time sheets, surveys and evaluations are completed on time·        Set goals and review the standards in the implementation of activities that foster creativity and awareness including various cultural, educational, recreational, environmental, and social issues.·        Work with the management team of YMCA to coordinate service delivery and ensure a youth/teen “friendly and safe” environment.·        Facilitate, plan, and engage teens in daily clubs based on teen interest and following our Safe for You, Safe for Us guidelines (COVID-19 Safety Protocols)·        Maintain and monitor enrollment and participation in Y programs.·        Ensure that teens participate in all required training, special events, and community collaborations.·        Complete check in’s and coordinating of youth employment.·        Attend, plan and help with the weekly teen professional development trainings·        Complete the onboarding of teens joining the YMCA for Get Summer Programming·        Helping to provide the best member experience for teens in youth employment and the Get Summer Program·        Leading or supporting Get Summer programming·        Maintain and care for all program areas and supplies.·        Meet all reporting and tracking requirements for collaborative programs.·        Communicate program information, problems, and concerns as they occur.·        Abide by established YMCA policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines; ask when in doubt.·        Seasonal Teen Directors may support other YMCA departments based on interest and need·        Perform duties as requested by supervisor.
