In conjunction with the Practice Manager, who they will report to, updates Epic templates as needed. Assists Program Leader and Practice Manager with special projects, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of five years health care office experience required, preferably in a mental health setting. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Access required, along with prior experience with Epic. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills as well as sound judgment. The ability to work independently in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized. Ability to demonstrate confidence and maturity to make decisions. Must have good problem solving skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to resolve problems. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Haitian Creole is strongly preferred. Will be required to work one Saturday or Sunday 9am -5.30pm, and 2 weekdays (to be negotiated) 2 - 8.30pm. Mass General Brighamis seeking an Urgent Care Physician at our Urgent Care site in Newton, MA. Urgent Care facilities are also located in Woburn, Boston Common, and Cambridge. Candidates with flexibility to cover multiple sites are strongly preferred.

Our physicians treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries for adults and children ages 3 and up. Urgent Care services are provided Monday - Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our physicians will be scheduled to work 12, 12-hour shifts per month.

About You

Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

Completion of Accredited Residency

Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current

Unrestricted licenses to practice within Massachusetts required. NH license not required at start but application must be submitted by start date and active within 6 months

Current DEA certificate without restriction
