The Therapist develops, coordinates, and facilitates all direct social services to patients and their families assigned and performs duties as directed by their manager. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Therapists must understand and provide patients with CBT, DBT, and Exposure-Based Therapeutic interventions based on Rogers Behavioral Health clinical standards of care while under the supervision of the clinical director.
Therapists must participate in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director, supervisor, or lead therapist. In addition, they must participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings by providing communication related to the patient, family/support system, and utilization review needs.
Therapists must complete medical record documentation within agency requirements of time related to treatment plans, outcome assessments, psycho-social information, and other pertinent patient care data. This includes but is not limited to the documentation of mental health services according to applicable local and federal regulations and state payor expectations.
Therapists must support changes in staffing/scheduling when program or patient care needs require.
Therapists must participate in projects, tasks, and opportunities to improve skills and expand competency.
Education/Training Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work, professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
Must hold a valid state license to be considered for level 2 or be pursuing full licensure under supervision for level 1
Preferred experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Exposure-Based Therapy.
Completion of Non-violent Crisis Intervention and Basic Life Support training prior to direct patient care. Annual re-recertification is required.

Position Summary: Responsible for completing assigned LeafFilter gutter protection project installations as directed by the Field Installation Lead and/or Installation management team. Installation process includes collecting inventory, transporting materials, onsite measurement and product sizing, cleaning and realigning gutters, and overall installation worksite setup and cleanup. JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to assist in the repair and overhaul equipment, refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, accurately and on-time.

High school diploma/GED.
EPA certification.
Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus!
Minimum 3-4 years of commercial refrigeration experience required.
Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets a strong plus.
Familiarity with single systems and rack systems along with previous work on display cases and walk-in boxes is very helpful.
Must have a good driving record and be able to work independently.
Emergency on-call availability is a basic requirement.

Position Summary: The Field Installation Lead is responsible for assisting with daily LeafFilter installation. Completing the successful completion of full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing, adjustments, customizing using provided equipment in varying field conditions. May include real-time problem solving with challenging installations in varying field conditions and interacting with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or subcontractors to complete installations of gutter protection products.
Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc.Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes.Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes.Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site.Train and provide guidance to technician staff members to improve quality, efficiency, and safety of installations.Follow established job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use of basic hand tools and battery-operated tools.Travel as needed locally, regionally, and nationally to complete assigned gutter protection installations at customer location(s).
