As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day. This is a bargaining unit position. An extensive testing process includes a written Civil Service Exam, physical agility test, interviews, complete background investigation, polygraph test, and post-offer medical and psychological exams. Preference may be given to applicants who have a current Ohio Basic and Advanced Fire certification and/or college degree in fire science, or related field. A Civil Service Exam will be administered on Friday, November 3rd. 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Athens Community Center, 701 E. State St., Athens Ohio. Applicants must show a valid, government issued Picture ID for entry to the test. Applicants must achieve a minimum passing score of 70% on the exam.
