Job Details: GENERAL SUMMARY: The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit controls.Ability to learn and perform IBM cash register functions, including those necessary to generate reports.Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices (deposits, store keys, SAFE and STARS programs, etc.)Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling, and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes.Effective oral and written communication skills.Effective interpersonal skills.Effective organization skills with attention to detail.Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.Certain store locations may give preference to bilingual Spanish speakers. The Orthodontic Dental Assistant is involved in a wide range of patient care activities, including assisting the doctor during appointments, sterilization procedures, setting up the operatories, iTero scan and x-rays, and lab work.What you will be doing - key responsibilities:• Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating,• Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule.• Educate patients on oral hygiene.• Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system.• Take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans.• Provide patient instruction/education.• Provide reports to parents/guardians.• Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures.• Clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices.• Set up trays and prepare brackets for bonding.• Unload and store new supplies.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctor, Clinical Lead, and Practice Manager.About you:• You are an excellent communicator who brings enthusiasm and passion to every interaction.• You are pleasant, professional, and courteous, and enjoy being part of a team.• You thrive on the challenge of managing competing priorities and excel at time management.• You care about providing excellent customer service and positive patient experiences.What you bring – qualifications:• Registered Dental Assisting certification (required)• Orthodontic Assisting experience is preferred, but not required.
