Job Overview:


We are seeking a full-time Box Truck Driver and Event Lead. This role demands an independent work style, excellent customer service, and precise work ethics. As an integral part of our team, you'll be driving company-owned, rented, or leased box trucks up to 26' (CDL is NOT required) and leading our events team.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Safely operate 16ft, 20ft, and 26ft box trucks to deliver and pick-up rental equipment, working with the event rental coordinator and delivery assistants.

Assemble and disassemble equipment at customer sites.

Exhibit friendly and courteous customer service, acting as the main day of contact for clients.

Lead and direct the installation and retrieval team onsite, ensuring the project is set up or picked up within the scheduled time.

Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of equipment.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and order.

Clean, maintain, and organize equipment in the warehouse.

Work a flexible schedule during the busy season (April-October), which includes nights and weekends.

Maintain accurate delivery and return records.

Lead the team in line with company brand standards and values.

Communicate effectively with the Operations Team regarding any stains, damage, breakage, or missing pieces.

Complete warehouse duties as assigned by the Event Coordinator.
