I am a firm believer in the harder you work and do your job right, the more you make $$. This job gets paid an hourly rate, plus tips, plus a % of the photos and videos you take. What the percentage is depends on how good you are and how few mistakes you make. We are a small company, owner/operators, and just want someone who will show up everyday, on time, with a smile on their face ready to make good money and have fun. Summary/Objective Ensures the completion of all maintenance and repairs of military housing; leads a team of maintenance technicians and administrative assistants? Essential Functions Manages and directs all maintenance technicians and administrative assistants in performing repairs and preventive maintenance on military housing units, including structure, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and other household repairs? Monitors equipment and supplies inventories; approves all orders for stocking, replacement, and repairs? Responds to emergency situations; available on a 24/7 basis to maintenance team members during on-call situations?
