If applicant did not meet any of the requirements, they will not qualify for the job. - Master’s degree should be must. - Technical knowledge in heavy duty diesel engine exhaust and emission from 2004 to Present On-Road/ Off-Road. - Familiar with filing patent on parts. - Understanding EPA and CARB regulations. - Knowledge of catalogue systems and life of catalogues. - Knowledge of exhaust and emission market analysis. - Experienced in working with Engine dyno/chassis dyno lab testing facilities to get type approvals or certification of - aftermarket products before launching into the market. - Demonstrated experience with managing engineering budgets, resource allocations and cost management tools. - Experience in leading design reviews, management reviews and customer reviews to drive agreements and alignment. - Represent the technical team in management reviews and coordinate with other functions like supply chain, sales - Lead multiple teams of size 2-4 people with different engineering disciplines and located globally to develop emission product from idea to commercialization. - Strong Cross-cultural leadership skills. Developed strong & coherent global team with different cultural background. - Good communication and presentation skills to support in technical questions. - Team management and motivation, delegation of tasks. - Ability to solve various problem situations. - Initiative and non-standard situation solving. - Possibility to go on business trips. - Ability to adapt dynamic environment. - Ability to argue and justify, if needed - Analytical approach, focus on results. - Knowledge of English language.
