-Supervise and assist with inventory control through cycle counting, production scheduling, and warehousing.

Schedule: 7 AM- 4 PM Mon – Friday 40 hours a week can work overtime, but rare.

Looking for someone who can multi-task and ensure projects and tasks are completed.

You have to be able to understand plant operations and be able to take constructive criticism.

Day to Day: They contact the material manager daily to understand scheduling and products. They will look at weekly projections to do orders for customer orders, schedule, and work with the supply chain. They will review orders and plan any changes for customers, purchasing raw materials based on customers for that week. Its week by week basis, and wants someone who understands what is in inventory and prepares to schedule for cycle counting or inventory. They will work with the material manager and buy with the customer’s needs in mind. They will be collaborating with a warehouse. Facilitating with warehouse for the schedule change, writing up the orders, and a lot of administration 80% of the time. They don’t go into the warehouse but sit in the office with a big TV showing them what orders go where.
