Your Role   The B2B Customer Experience team is responsible for supporting Blue Shield of California Providers through their servicing needs building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing loyalty to the Blue Shield brand. The Sr. Manager, Service Strategy and Operations of B2B Services will report to the Senior Director of Broker, Employer & Provider Services. Covelo Group is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians (BT) or Behavior Therapists to join our Educational Services team for the '23-'24 school year!


As a Behavior Technician, you will support teachers and school administrators by working with students with behavior challenges in a classroom setting. You may be working one-on-one with a student in a mainstream classroom or be asked to support multiple students in a separate classroom designed to meet their unique educational needs. Your students will vary in age from grades K-12, as determined by the school district, and the level of intervention they require will be determined according to the parameters outlined in their individual education plans (IEP) or 504 plans.
