This position contributes to the creation, coordination, and maintenance of design input open items (DIOI) using a JIRA database workflow created and maintained internal.Assist with the entry/initiation of new DIOI, ensuring clear, high quality open items are being enteredFacilitation of driving open items to closure by understanding the need(s) and working with support teams to assemble needed informationPromoting the use of the DIOI system by ensuring the system information remains “fresh” and provides high value to the OrganizationMaintain and publish system reporting metrics to communicate regular program statusSkills: Engineer, Microsoft Office Suite, Initiative, Data Entry, Administrative Support, Project ManagementAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (engineering or related)Self-starter, highly motivated, energeticAbility to effectively communicate with all Engineering disciplines; Licensing, Project, etc.Experience Level: Entry Level
